🛵 ALY Express Rider Terms and Conditions 1. Independent Contractor Status The Rider acknowledges that they are an independent partner and not an employee of ALY Express. You are responsible for your own taxes, vehicle maintenance, and fuel. 2. Rider Requirements & Documentation To remain active on the platform, the Rider must provide and maintain: A valid Professional Driver’s License. Updated OR/CR of the registered motorcycle. A clean NBI or Police Clearance. A roadworthy motorcycle (subject to inspection). 3. Service Standards & Conduct Professionalism: Riders must be polite to customers and merchants at all times. Safety: Riders must follow all traffic laws and wear the required safety gear (helmet, closed shoes, and ALY Express uniform/vest if provided). Handling: Food and parcels must be handled with care to avoid damage or spills. Prohibited Acts: Use of illegal substances, harassment of customers, or "order-snatching" will result in immediate termination. 4. Performance Metrics Rider eligibility for bonuses and continued access to the app is based on: Acceptance Rate (AR): Maintaining a minimum of 85%. Completion Rate (CR): Minimizing cancellations after acceptance. Star Rating: Maintaining a minimum average of 4.5 stars from customers. 5. Fees and Payments Earnings: Riders receive the delivery fee minus the ALY Express platform commission. Surcharges: The 10-peso weather surcharge is 100% for the rider's compensation. Remittance: For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, riders must remit the Merchant’s share or ALY Express’s commission according to the agreed schedule (Daily/Weekly). 6. Privacy and Data Security Riders are strictly prohibited from: Saving customer phone numbers for personal use. Contacting customers after the delivery is completed for non-business reasons. Sharing customer addresses or order details with third parties. 7. Termination ALY Express reserves the right to suspend or ban a Rider account for: Fraudulent activities (e.g., fake bookings). Excessive customer complaints. Failure to remit collections on time. Expired documentation.
